電話查詢 -五部曲 2

上一課在電話查詢五部曲第一節中,我們已清楚說出頭兩點所需要關注的情況; 就有關資料作出清晰、簡單及直接的表達。以下我們將繼續第二部份。

3) 說出有關情況所引伸的其他問題。

例子:

I. I need to collect the parcel by the end of this week or ……我有需要在這個週末前拿取包裹,如果不是的話…....

II. The reply is intruding, rude and not helpful 那個回覆有侵略性 (intruding)、粗魯 (rude) 及未能作出協助 (not helpful)。

III. I cannot perform any task if the machine is not functioning well. 如果打機器未能正常運作,我不能履行任何工作。


4) 根據實際情況,要求如何作出改正 (rectify)、改善 (improve)、跟進(follow-up) 及處理問題的方法 (solutions) 等

例子:

I. I look forward to your reply. May I know……? 我期待你的回覆,我可以知道….?

II. I would like it be fixed by the end of this month. 我希望在今個月尾之前可以處理好。

III. Will you arrange someone to come and help me? 你可以安排有關人員前來及協助嗎?

IV. Can you help me make suitable arrangement about.. 就有關情況,你可以協助我妥善安排嗎?

V. What would you suggest that we could do….. 你可以提議我們該如何做才好?


5) 與公司或有關單位安排日期、時間處理問題。

例子:

I. The time and date is fine with me. 日期時間沒有問題。

II. I would suggest the 20th of this month. 我建議今個月的二十日。

III. I am not available tomorrow. How about next Tuesday afternoon. 我明天沒有空,下星期二下午可以嗎?
